Before that, here is some very important information that you need to read first.
The products you see on this site are all carefully curated by myself and my husband. The thing is, they come from different sources, which means that shipping times will vary from one product to another.
That also means that if you ordered more than one item, you might receive them at different times since they ship from different parts of the world.
How much does shipping cost?
As many of our items are low in price, we do have a flat shipping rate of $3 for orders below $30. Any orders from $30 onwards will be shipped to you for free!
Do you ship to my country?
At this moment, we only offer shipping to the following countries:
- New Zealand
How long does it take to receive my parcel?
Our products come from all corners of the world and thus shipping times vary.
Within 1 – 3 days of receiving your order, the parcel will be delivered by way of economy shipping to keep costs low.
It takes an estimated 15 – 40 days to arrive at your destination.
If for some reason you do not receive your parcel in 45 days, you may seek a refund. Find out more here.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes you can! After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Once the parcel starts its shipping journey (roughly 1-3 business days later), you will receive another email with tracking information and instructions on how to track your parcel.
Here are some points to take note:
There are a few destinations that might not have tracking until the parcel reaches the final leg, i.e. local delivery.
For reasons explained above, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
Kindly be patient while tracking your orders. They are not updated every single minute, and in fact it is common to see updates only every few days.
Do I need to pay for custom duties?
That really depends on the place you reside. We do have to point out that we are unable to include this cost, and once you place you order, it means that you are responsible for any taxes that are due for collection.
From our experience, most customers do not need to pay any extra fees.
If a parcel has been listed as delivered in the tracking platform but you have not received it, it might be lost or stolen.
In this unlikely event, kindly contact the delivery carrier. The contact can be found in the email that contains the tracking details.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Hey, what can we say here? If you filled it in with a wrong address, the parcel will not reach you. So do make sure you double check your address before checking out!
