Now, they continue to utilize methods that have been passed down through generations and created long before Ford launched the assembly line, to make every single piece of product.
Because of this, the furniture has distinctive, handcrafted elements that have long been removed from mass-produced furniture, such as the fan-pleated roll-arm of the Carmine sofa or the mitered corners of their Essex and Wythe beds.

Frames are mostly made with 1” thick plywood made of kiln-dried hardwood (compared to competitors’ 0.5” frames made of particleboard that does not last) that are extremely durable and provide excellent support to the user.
When it comes to springs in the sofas, they have been specifically designed for each model to provide the highest comfort and quality, unlike many big box brands that just slap on a low-quality spring that will not last for long.
And finally, the cushions are made of high-resiliency Ultracel foam that will not lose its shape even after years and years of usage. This foam has a density of 1.8 lbs and a compression value of 21 lbs, which is much higher than what its competitors offer.
In simple words, they will last and hold their shape longer.
These cushions are then covered with upholstery that is non-toxic and doesn’t contain flame retardants or anti-fungal treatments

In this section, let’s take a closer look at the process you would go through for ordering an item on Maiden Home.

That said, the online shopping experience is very smooth and easy.

In general, you would need to wait at least 6-8 weeks for a product to be made before it gets shipped.
From here, it will be in the hands of the delivery company, and this can take up to another 2-4 weeks.
Well, I guess the saying “good things come to those who wait” is very appropriate here!
Despite the long wait to get your purchase, it is well worth it.
The delivery team is very professional and will call you up to schedule a suitable time.
They don’t leave until your furniture gets to its spot exactly where you want it.
As for payment terms, you can choose to pay with your credit card or use ShopPay or AffirmPay to split the bill into installments.

For the duration of the product’s useful life, all frames and spring systems, along with their joints, bases, legs, and hardware, are warranted to be free from manufacturing flaws.
Some other mechanisms such as gliders and swivels have a 2-year warranty period.

I personally think that their return policy is really awesome, even though I do not think that you might need it.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your delivered product within 30 days, you can initiate a return and they will send someone over to pick it up.
You will incur a 10% return fee, and that will include the cost of them sending it off for donation.
And of course, you should ensure that the furniture is still as good as new. Any damage or excessive wear and tear will disqualify you.
